Contact DNS Checkers
Found a wrong record, a tool that fails, or something we should fix? Send a note and a human will read it. Messages are stored in our database, so they reach us even when SMTP is not configured.
Reporting a DNS problem well
A report we can act on names the query and the answer. Include the domain, the record type, the resolver you checked, and the value you expected. If a result looks stale, say when you changed the record and what TTL the zone uses, because that explains most differences between resolvers.
Local caches are a different problem from public ones. Before writing, clear your own resolver cache and re-run the check, then compare against all DNS records and the public resolver list.
Frequently asked questions
Quick answers about propagation, resolvers, and how this checker works.
How quickly will I get a reply? +
Most messages are answered within two business days. Emailing support@dnscheckers.org directly is the fastest route for account, privacy, or legal requests.
Do I need to include my domain? +
If your question is about a lookup, include the domain and the record type you checked, plus the answer you expected. That lets us reproduce the exact query you ran.
Can you change or delete my DNS records? +
No. DNS Checkers only reads public DNS data. Record changes happen at your registrar or DNS host, and only you have access there.
What happens to the message I send? +
It is stored in the DNS Checkers database together with your IP address and user agent so we can reply and investigate abuse. It is never sold or published.
