Can these tools scan anything? +
No. Targets are validated, private IPs blocked, ports limited, and use must be authorized.
Why did ping/traceroute fail? +
Many hosts block ICMP or omit binaries. We show a graceful message instead of fake data.
Is geolocation exact? +
No. Free sources are approximate. Optional GeoLite2 improves local offline lookups.
Do you use paid IP APIs? +
No. Phase 2 uses free/non-commercial sources or local mmdb only.
Are DNSBL results definitive? +
Treat them as hints; zones may rate-limit or refuse queries from some networks.
